Here at Western we know we wouldn’t be in business without
creating customer satisfaction so we take this part of our job very
seriously. We also know that through the
numerous surveys, be it the immediate and valuable Digital Air Strike, GM of
Canada’s very important Customer Satisfaction Survey and the online reviews we
see on Dealer Rater and Google +, we are achieving our goals.
Another testament that we are meeting and exceeding our
customers’ expectations is that we were recently honored by DealerRater after being named a 2015 Consumer Satisfaction Award Winner!
We are proud of this recognition and equally proud of the
many positive reviews we receive from our customers. We read EVERY review and learn from those
that we fall a bit short and make sure that we do our best to constantly
provide the best service we can to you – our customers.
